We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist to join our team, providing customers with flawless haircuts, color, extensions, keratin treatments, events hair bringing out their inner beauty and upleveling their total look and hairstyles and helping them to look their best! Youll eduacate the client to care for their hair with the best products and techniques and invite every client to join our VIP familly with the monthly Moxie membership. Most importantly, you will make it your goal to ensure that every customer leaves our salon feeling great about their new look and happy with the services you provided.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate customers face shape, hair features, and personal preferences to recommend appropriate plan to bring a visionairy look to life.
- Wash hair at hairwashing stations with appropriate products
- Apply hair treatment products
- Execute flawless haircuts, trims, and shaves
- Apply highlights, ombre, balayage, and other hair coloring techniques
- Install Extensions (this can be taught by us)
- Provide customers with a wide range of hair styling options, from formal to casual
- Successful completion of a cosmetology school is required
- Proven experience as a stylist, hairdresser, or similar role is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of hair cutting techniques and best practices
- Skilled at hair coloring, straightening, and curling techniques
- Familiar with a variety of treatment products
- Up-to-date with trends in fashion and beauty
