Position SummaryHarvest Advertising Inc is seeking an Event Assistant to support promotional campaigns, community outreach activities, and customer engagement initiatives. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in event coordination, marketing support, and public interaction.
Responsibilities- Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown.
- Support promotional campaigns and community events.
- Welcome attendees and provide event information.
- Organize promotional materials, displays, and event resources.
- Assist with attendee registration and event logistics.
- Maintain event schedules and records.
- Gather attendee feedback and assist with post-event reporting.
- Represent client brands professionally during events.
- Perform administrative tasks related to event operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable and team-oriented.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, volunteer work, or event support is helpful but not required.
