Senior Litigation Paralegal
LHH is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal on behalf of a well-established law firm in Charlotte. This role is ideal for a seasoned litigation professional who enjoys managing complex cases, working directly with attorneys, and contributing to successful case outcomes. The firm is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic setting.

- Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and case management
- Manage document review, production, and organization within eDiscovery platforms
- Assist with drafting, editing, and proofreading legal documents, including pleadings, motions, memoranda, and affidavits
- Conduct legal and factual research, including case filings and public records investigations
- Prepare and coordinate written discovery and deposition materials
- Handle court filings in both state and federal courts (electronic and manual filing as needed)
- Assist with preparation for hearings, arbitrations, and trials; attend proceedings when required
- Perform cite-checking and ensure accuracy of legal documents
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior paralegals and team members
- Support additional litigation-related projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; paralegal certificate or degree in paralegal studies strongly preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of litigation paralegal experience, including exposure to complex cases or investigations
- Strong knowledge of discovery processes and eDiscovery tools (experience with Relativity or similar platforms required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a large law firm or highly regulated industry preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff
- Must be comfortable working in an onsite, team-oriented setting
