Job Summary:
As a Sales Person, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, offering suitable solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your ability to understand the market and effectively communicate our products/services will be crucial to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a sales representative or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for sales and customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
