Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing manufacturing company in Concord, NC , is seeking a Millwright with Foreman-level abilities to join their team. What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor other millwrights and maintenance techs on mechanical repairs and installs

• Troubleshoot machinery and production equipment with precision

• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and schematics

• Perform high-quality welding and fabrication (MIG/TIG/stick preferred)

• Install, align, dismantle, and rebuild industrial machinery

• Diagnose complex mechanical issues and implement long-term solutions

• Support continuous improvement projects across the facility

• Ensure safety standards and best practices are followed at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced Millwright with strong hands-on mechanical skills

• Leadership or Foreman experience (or ready to take that next step!)

• Excellent troubleshooting abilities — you don’t guess, you diagnose

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings

• Strong welding skills (MIG, TIG, stick, and fabrication experience)

• Confident working with conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, etc.

• A self-starter who takes ownership and pride in their work

• Someone who wants to grow — professionally and personally
