HIRING RANGE: $37,474 - $42,000 POSITION NUMBER: 40001653 JOB TYPE: Full-Time RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides clerical support for Child Support Services; performs computer system updates, tracks the shipping and delivery of mail, reviews and distributes incoming mail, performs court preparation duties, completes document scanning, monitors the reception area, and performs all other related duties as required and/or assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to operate standard office equipment is highly desired.
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a customer service focus are essential.
- Ability to interact effectively with the internal and external customers.
- Detailed oriented.
- Ability to type at least 35wpm, file alphabetically and solve basic mathematical calculations.
- Ability to understand and follow written instructions.
- Clerical and data entry experience.
REQUIREMENTS
High school graduation and one year of clerical work experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
PREFERRED
Advanced data entry and typing skills.
