RSI-Relocation Strategies is a trusted leader in Commercial Relocation Oversight Project Management Services for our commercial corporate clients transitioning into new offices / facilities. We are currently hiring a Commercial Account Manager to build and drive growth across our in-demand commercial markets.

General position summary: Identify and close new corporate relocation business opportunities that meet our company goals and objectives, and to develop strong network of referral partnerships.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Hunt for new business and grow strategic accounts through cold outreach to corporate lead assignments and professional networking
  • Build long-term client relationships and expand market share
  • Strong communicator with a relationship first mindset
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Business develop, hunt & cultivate new business sales through distributed leads, referrals, local and professional networking, internet research, social media connections, etc.
  • Deliver effective and professional sales pitches / presentations directly to end user clients, key referring partners – including client’s CRE broker, landlord, architect, GC or thru referring partners met thru B2B networking groups.
  • Ability and willingness to conduct virtual surveys and travel to customer onsite office suite to conduct on-site walk throughs

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of direct sales experience in CRE, IT/Data, Mover, Signage, Office Furniture & Workplace Solutions
  • Newly Graduating Majors in Architectural, Interior Design, Construction Management, Sales and Marketing can apply
  • Possess and exhibit strong selling skills
  • Ability to quickly respond, follow up on all commitments made, be able to multi-task as multiple projects will coincide
