We are expanding our office teamWhat We Are Looking For: 2 + years of experience as an office assistant, or schedule coordinator, dispatcher, project coordinator, or similar office experienceExcellent customer service skills Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office experience Organizational skills and high attention to detailExperience working in the service industry desired Knowledge of the HVAC industry is recommended but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
