Spring 2026 Internship Program
Financial Independence Group is one of the nation’s largest Finance and Insurance Marketing Organizations (FMO & IMO) supplying products and services to financial professionals in all 50 states. We are currently in search of interns to join our team as part of our F.I.G. Early Talent program.
We are looking for motivated and talented individuals to join our internship program. The goal of this program is to offer a professional learning experience that offers meaningful, practical work related to your career interests and an opportunity for career exploration and development. Please note: This is a fulltime internship opportunity fully onsite in Cornelius, NC from 8:30-5:30 M-Th and 8:30-5:00 on Friday from February 2nd through April 10th.

Your role:
As an intern with Financial Independence Group, you will be expected to learn our mission and values, as well as the purpose and functions of several of our departments. You will have the opportunity to gain a true understanding of the industry and how each department contributes to the overall success of F.I.G. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to apply what you learned and actively participate in what we do on a daily basis – empower financial professionals .
The program is a 10-week rotational program and will include exposure in the areas of (but not limited to) Operations, Marketing, and Sales. You will be directed by our Talent Development Specialist, who will be your mentor throughout this unique experience.
By the end of the internship program, you will have developed substantial knowledge of a professional work environment, the insurance/financial services industry, and how each department aligns with the overall success of Financial Independence Group.
