Job Description:
Serve as a hands-on technical liaison supporting secure, compliant system integration, data migration, and testing for a compliance-driven modernization program.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Translate business and compliance requirements into technical designs
Lead data migration efforts including mapping, transformation, and validation
Develop and execute test plans for system and control validation
Coordinate cutover and hypercare activities
Serve as the primary technical bridge between stakeholders and MSP
Document integration workflows and ensure compliance with NIST SP 800 171 and CMMC 2.0
Guide secure configuration and control implementations
Maintain SOPs and operational readiness materials
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
U.S. Citizenship (due to data and access requirements)
Experience with NIST SP 800 171 and CMMC 2.0
Background in manufacturing, electronics, or semiconductor environments
Experience with GCC High and secure file sharing
Familiarity with cybersecurity controls (e.g., SIEM, endpoint protection)
Experience coordinating with MSPs and stakeholder groups

Nice-to-Haves:
Knowledge of ITAR/EAR, FedRAMP, and handling CUI
CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) experience
Experience with data quality, governance, and master data management
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git
