All Inclusive Travel Planner

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our network of independent travel agents — specifically those passionate about all-inclusive resort vacations .
Position: Travel Agent – All-Inclusive Resort Specialist
We are seeking a self-driven, detail-oriented, and client-focused travel agent who specializes in booking all-inclusive resorts for individuals, couples, families, and groups. Whether it's a honeymoon in the Caribbean, a family vacation in Mexico, or a luxury escape to an adults-only resort, you’ll be the go-to expert.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget
Recommend and book all-inclusive resort packages that align with client expectations
Research resort options and stay up-to-date on promotions, upgrades, and group rates
Coordinate travel logistics including flights, transfers, excursions, and insurance
Manage reservations and follow up with clients before, during, and after travel
Handle any changes, cancellations, or special requests with professionalism
Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Use Archer Travel’s preferred vendors, platforms, and systems for booking and communication
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Has:
A passion for travel and helping others plan memorable vacations
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Experience (or a strong interest) in the travel industry; specific resort knowledge a plus
Ability to work independently and manage their own schedule
Sales or hospitality background is beneficial but not required
Must be 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S. or applicable country
