As part of our continued growth, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our network of independent travel agents — specifically those passionate about all-inclusive resort vacations .

Position: Travel Agent – All-Inclusive Resort Specialist

We are seeking a self-driven, detail-oriented, and client-focused travel agent who specializes in booking all-inclusive resorts for individuals, couples, families, and groups. Whether it's a honeymoon in the Caribbean, a family vacation in Mexico, or a luxury escape to an adults-only resort, you’ll be the go-to expert.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget
  

• Recommend and book all-inclusive resort packages that align with client expectations
  

• Research resort options and stay up-to-date on promotions, upgrades, and group rates
  

• Coordinate travel logistics including flights, transfers, excursions, and insurance
  

• Manage reservations and follow up with clients before, during, and after travel
  

• Handle any changes, cancellations, or special requests with professionalism
  

• Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
  

• Use Archer Travel’s preferred vendors, platforms, and systems for booking and communication
  

Requirements

Ideal Candidate Has:

• A passion for travel and helping others plan memorable vacations
  

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  

• Experience (or a strong interest) in the travel industry; specific resort knowledge a plus
  

• Ability to work independently and manage their own schedule
  

• Sales or hospitality background is beneficial but not required
  

• Must be 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S. or applicable country
