Summer Intern, Project & Portfolio Management - Oncology Development
Oncology Development (OD) includes strategic, medical, scientific and project leadership for drug development assets. The Project and Portfolio Mgmt (OD PPM) function within OD focuses on leading the operational delivery of those assets to market. We are a global, interdisciplinary group with various backgrounds who work together as a co-dependent matrixed team. Our success depends on how we operate as a functional team and as individual project teams. Within OD PPM we also define many of the processes by which we operate. location: Telecommute

salary: $24.97 - 29.23 per hour
work hours: 9 to 5
education: Bachelors responsibilities:
- Creating materials support leadership discussions
- Supporting OD initiatives to improve how we plan for and execute drug development.
- Performing PM responsibilities for team/initiative meetings.
- Providing insights into how to better execute project and portfolio planning activities / supporting design ideation workshops.
- Providing insights into how to better leverage AI to simplify or replace our current processes.
qualifications:
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in life sciences with a minimum GPA of 3.3
- Must have an interest in pursuing a career in Life Sciences/Biotech/Pharmaceuticals
- Ability to manage workload effectively including planning, organizing, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines
