The firm is seeking a North Carolina-licensed civil litigation attorney with at least 5 years of experience for its expanding Asheville office. Candidates should have demonstrated experience defending civil litigation matters particularly in:

• Construction litigation
• Trucking and transportation
• Products liability
• Professional liability
• Motor vehicle negligence
• Premises liability
• Commercial litigation

Attorneys with proven experience taking cases through trials and arbitrations are strongly preferred. The firm welcomes NC-licensed attorneys who are already in WNC or those interested in relocating offering a flexible hybrid work arrangement with Asheville as the home base.

Requirements :

• Active North Carolina law license
• Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience
• Experience defending civil litigation matters preferably in construction trucking/transportation products liability professional liability motor vehicle negligence premises liability and commercial litigation
• Demonstrated ability to handle cases through trials and arbitrations
• Ability to commute to or relocate to the Asheville NC area (flexible hybrid role)
