Job Title: Registered Nurse (Vaccination Support) - On Demand Role
Position Type: Contract / Temporary (Flexible Part-Time Schedules Available)
Schedule: 7 Days a Week Must Be Flexible with Work Hours

Location: Calabash, NC US 28467

Payrate: 49 hr

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to support a community-based vaccination program at retail pharmacy locations. This is a patient-facing, onsite role where RNs will play a key part in administering a variety of vaccines including flu, COVID-19, MMR, and more.

All Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer immunizations to patients in accordance with clinical protocols (e.g., Flu, COVID-19, MMR, etc.)
• Deliver high-quality care with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams
• Collaborate in a team-focused, customer-centric retail healthcare environment
• Follow all safety procedures, documentation standards, and compliance requirements
• Adapt to dynamic schedules and contribute to a caring, energetic team culture

Required Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state or territory of practice
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience, including vaccine administration
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Must be flexible with work hours, including weekends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to start (subject to medical/religious exemptions)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in retail, urgent care, public health, or mobile vaccination clinics
• Prior experience with multi-vaccine administration in a fast-paced setting

Additional Information:

• Education: Minimum of a verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
• Environment: In-person, patient-facing role at a retail healthcare setting
• Support: Onboarding and training will be provided prior to assignment start
