As a Hospitality Expert at Team Primo Partners, you will embody the spirit of fun and community engagement that defines our brand. This role, often referred to as a shift manager, offers diverse development pathways ranging from Catering Experts to Social Media & PR Managers. We're looking for dynamic leaders who can deliver world-class customer service, foster a positive and solution-oriented team culture, and actively participate in our mission to enhance opportunities for marginalized communities across the Southeastern United States.
Key Performance Outcomes:
Lead and manage daily operations both in-store and at various events with excellence.
Drive team performance through effective coaching and leadership.
Enhance community engagement and uphold the brand's commitment to equity and joy.
Achieve operational goals with a focus on customer satisfaction and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-time management of shift operations with flexible availability.
Exemplify and promote the 30 Primo Fundamentals in every interaction.
Foster a culture of positivity and energetic communication, serving as a role model in customer service.
Implement solutions-oriented practices within the team, encouraging an ownership mentality.
Provide timely coaching and set clear expectations, supporting the training of customer service advocates and team leaders.
Engage actively with the local community, enhancing the brand’s presence and impact.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in hospitality or retail management preferred.
Strong leadership skills with a passion for service and community engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexibly and lead various operational functions.
Other duties as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive hourly wage or salary plus tips.
Location open on Friday's and Saturday's from 12 to 9pm and Sunday's from 12 to 7pm.
One free large item after each shift and a complimentary birthday cake during your birthday month.
