GP Process Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide implementation consulting for Dynamics GP and related third-party products
• Assist with developing and improving of business processes and internal procedures
• Conduct hands on training for clients
• Identify software or service opportunities including training, modules, business process consulting, and development
• Develop creative solutions to challenging business issues
• Ensure that project goals are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters
• Report on project status to other project team members
• Support users with software and technology issues
• Perform other responsibilities as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or MIS preferred
• Minimum of five years of working knowledge of Dynamics GP preferred
• Strong business process background and experience esp. logistics / supply chain and accounting
• Strong SQL skills a must
• SSRS Reporting experience.
• Scribe Integration experience.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organized, self-motivated and detail oriented
• Experience in project management of medium complex projects appreciated
• Understanding of business and information technology processes
• Must be able to interact with various levels of Management and other team members.
