As the Construction Superintendent - Blasting, youll be in the thick of itplanning blast days, coordinating equipment moves, and building lasting relationships with our customers. Youll spend time out in the field, side by side with our clients, working hard to make every project a success. Whether its keeping operations running smoothly or troubleshooting on the fly, youll be the go-to leader our team relies on.

Were searching for that rare combination of grit and know-howa leader with 5-10 years of civil construction, underground utilities, or blasting experience. Ideally, youve been in charge before and know how to keep a project on track while keeping your team safe. A Construction Science degree or blasting license would make you stand out, but above all, were looking for someone who knows how to get the job done right.
