We are seeking a dependable and service-driven Night Auditor (3rd Shift) to join our team of Guest Service professionals. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless overnight operation, balancing daily financials, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform all front desk and night audit functions during the overnight shift (typically 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Complete the daily audit process, including balancing room revenue, posting charges, and reconciling all hotel accounts.
- Ensure accuracy of financial transactions, guest folios, and system reports in accordance with company and brand standards.
- Prepare and distribute daily operational and financial reports to management.
- Provide exceptional guest service by handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Address guest concerns, complaints, or emergencies with urgency and professionalism.
- Maintain safety and security of the hotel by monitoring property activity and following all overnight procedures.
- Ensure the front desk, lobby, and common areas are clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams on overnight needs or early morning priorities.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and brand standards, including cash handling and data security practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous hotel front desk, night audit, or hospitality experience preferred (Marriott experience a plus).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle financial reconciliation and reporting accurately.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, overnight environment.
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge is highly desirable.
- Proficient in computer systems and hotel property management systems (PMS experience preferred).
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as required.
