Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
• Assist clients with purchasing, selling, and investing in residential real estate
• Manage transactions from contract to close (including remote clients)
• Maintain accurate and compliant transaction records
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Real Estate License (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions
• Interest in real estate investing is a plus
