Job Details Salary: $19 to $25 per hour Job Type: Full Time Location: Hendersonville, NC 28792 Position Summary The Automotive Service Technician plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by performing skilled diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services. You will be responsible for accurate troubleshooting and delivering high-quality service while maintaining professionalism and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities Accurately troubleshoot customer concerns using the latest technical and administrative tools Provide courteous and respectful customer interactions at all times Act as a secondary customer greeter near the Service Drive when needed Stay current with technical publications, Service Comm, and Asist terminal operations Ensure safe and proper vehicle servicing, addressing all customer concerns on the first visit Inspect vehicles for additional service opportunities following local and factory recommendations Return customers' vehicles clean or cleaner than when received Participate in factory or in-house training programs to enhance skills Complete all required paperwork thoroughly and accurately, attaching necessary documents to repair orders Perform other duties as assigned by management Maintain punctuality and present a clean, professional appearance in uniform Compensation and Benefits We offer competitive pay with a range of $19 to $25 per hour, a professional and supportive work environment, and opportunities for career growth.
