Position: Screen Printer

Location: Cook’s Inc., N. Wilkesboro, NC

Compensation: $12 – $15 per hour (base), plus production-based spiffs

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Screen Printer to join our production team. The ideal candidate is dependable, works well with their hands, and takes pride in producing high-quality custom apparel. This role involves operating screen-printing equipment, preparing artwork and screens, maintaining accuracy in production runs, and ensuring deadlines are met. Our regular shift is Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday Mornings.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual and/or automatic screen-printing presses to produce custom t-shirts and other apparel.
• Set up and register screens for multi-color jobs.
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Assist with general production tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous screen-printing or production experience preferred, but not required (we will train the right person).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable and punctual with good time management skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $12 – $15 per hour (based on experience)
• Production spiffs: Additional pay based on output and efficiency
• Paid Vacation: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 4 years, 3 weeks after 10 years
• Monthly PTO accrual totaling 6 days per year
