SAP FICO configurator

Job description:

• Workload: 60% support/configuration, 20% enhancements, 20% projects/data migration. No major new SAP projects planned next 1218 months, but ongoing enhancements and electronic invoicing initiatives exist.
• Key Responsibilities: Resolve SAP integration issues (Concur, Serrala FS2, Vertex, HFM), drive process improvements (intercompany transactions, tax interfaces, electronic invoicing), support localizations in NA, LATAM, and EMEA.
• Team Collaboration: Work with SAP Global Support, ABAP developers, Basis, Security, business finance teams, local finance, and shared services. Reports to FICO Team Lead PMO, dotted-line to IT leadership.

Qualifications:

• Alternate Titles: SAP FICO Functional Analyst, SAP FICO Business Systems Analyst, SAP Finance & Controlling Application Specialist, PMO SAP FICO.
• Must-Have Skills: Strong configuration knowledge (GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, CO-PA), 5+ years SAP ECC 6.0 (manufacturing preferred), familiarity with interfaces/bolt-on systems, global team collaboration.
• Nice-to-Have Skills: SAP migration experience, automation tools, ABAP debugging awareness, multilingual (Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin), localizations/tax solutions in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico.
• Travel: ~10%, primarily U.S. sites; occasional LATAM and EMEA for project kickoffs, testing, or go-live support.
• ** It is also worth mentioning that our current version of SAP is ECC 6, and we don't have an upgrade to SAP S/4HANA on the horizon.
