At WyattWorks we are seeking a motivated, customer-focused sales professional to help promote and sell sewer and drainage solutions to residential homeowners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer needs, and guiding clients toward practical, cost-effective service options.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate sewer, drain, and related service solutions.
• Conduct field visits, site assessments, and follow-up consultations as needed.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and service recommendations clearly and professionally.
• Work closely with operations and service teams to ensure smooth project coordination.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, courteous, and solution-oriented manner.
• Track leads, opportunities, and sales activity using company systems and processes.
• Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activity, and service offerings.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort engaging with customers in person, by phone, and through written communication.
• Ability to understand technical service offerings and explain them in simple terms.
• Self-motivated approach with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Professional demeanor and a customer-first mindset.
• Basic computer skills and experience using Service Titan or sales tracking tools is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a field-based role and visit customer locations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in sewer sales and customer service
• Background in plumbing, drainage, utilities, construction, or related services is helpful.
• Experience quoting services or working with service dispatch teams is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

• This position is full commission
• 7-8% commission
• 100% health care paid.
• HSA available.
