Job Description

Title: Developer - Siemens OpCenter

Description:

• Work with customer stakeholders on solution design based on Siemens OpCenter MOM platform.
• Techno-Functional Analysis and impact assessment of change and new requirements, provide efficient and optimum solution to complex business problems
• Ability to provide product and technical guidance on Opcenter applications to team members.
• Development in Opcenter Discrete modules
• Translate the solution requirement and work with development team to build.
• Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request, Change Management.
• Managing periodic governance and reporting.
• Team Management, Customer management, knowledge management.
• Coordination with manufacturing site, contextualize shop floor operations, understand & support customers manufacturing & business processes.
• SLA and KPI management, ensuring uptime and application availability.
• Identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities.
• Coordination & contribute with MES COE, Interfacing application teams, and Digital Manufacturing initiatives.
• Closely coordinate and work with product team to ensure seamless operations, upgrades, implementations etc.
