License/Certification Required Essential Job Functions Serve as part of the administrative team. Register students, maintain and reply to medical record requests, maintain and reply to immunizations queries, represent the student health service at student orientation and events, and in general interface with student, faculty and staff with questions related to the SHS. Work closely with providers, clinical and other SHS staff to ensure an efficient operation and optimal student experience. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position Maintain the Medical Records Departmental immunization program; participates in all the student orientation programs. Serves as a part of the administrative team in registering students, making referrals and appointments as needed. Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma, computer skills and good data entry skills. Versed in medical terminology is essential. Previous employment in and around medical activities would be helpful and beneficial to the employee as well as to the employer. No license or certification is required for this position. Schedules and coordinates appointments, meetings and events. Information/Records Administration: Records, compiles and summarizes data using established format. Compiles and organizes information from different sources to develop reports and data. Pay will be commensurate with applicant competencies, budget, equity and market considerations.
