In this position, you will serve as a lead technical expert diagnosing, inspecting, and repairing plumbing infrastructure across both residential and commercial environments. You will ensure system safety, protect property, and guide customers toward smart, confident repair solutions. By delivering extraordinary customer service, you will turn standard service calls into 5-star experiences.
The Schedule: Standard Monday through Friday day shifts (8-hour blocks) with regular opportunities for overtime to maximize your earnings.
Essential Field ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot complex plumbing malfunctions and provide customers with clear, profitable repair options.
Secure formal authorization and agreement on services before kicking off any repair work.
Utilize advanced sewer cameras to execute precise pipe and drain inspections.
Clear blockages in main sewer lines, kitchens, bathrooms, and commercial drains using modern plumbing snakes and hydro-machines.
Keep your assigned service truck fully stocked, organized, and properly maintained.
Accurately track completed work via company tablets, collect field payments, and log documentation for the office.
Licensing: Must possess a valid Journeyman or Master Plumber designation.
Field Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with plumbing excavation.
Technical Skill: Advanced proficiency in maintaining, servicing, and overhauling residential and commercial plumbing systems.
Compliance: High school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Ability to routinely lift and carry heavy equipment or materials up to 100 lbs during shift hours.
Comfort working in restricted or dark environments, including crawl spaces, basements, and tight utility closets.
Ability to climb ladders, utilize step stools, and stand for prolonged periods.
Flexibility to work safely across a wide range of seasonal indoor and outdoor temperatures.
Openness to daily local travel (up to 75% of the day) to navigate between job sites.
