Maintenance Scheduler I
- Create & manage master weekly schedule of work to be performed by maintenance
- Work with logistics & operations to ensure maintenance tasks are identified on production schedule
- Interface between maintenance execution, maintenance planning, operations, and production to ensure efficient use of resources and completion of work
- Responsible for collaboration between various stakeholders regarding information, materials & equipment together at the job site for maintenance to be performed
- Effectively communicate risks of performing or delaying maintenance activities to management
- Organize, coordinate & track resources for the jobs to be performed by the maintenance
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance
- Participation in Plant Closedown Team planning & execution
- Follow all safety & environmental requirements in the performance of duties
- Other accountabilities, as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent required and a minimum of two (2) years of maintenance experience required, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Associate's Degree in related field preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year of maintenance scheduling or production scheduling required
- Ability to work in compliance driven environments following safety, quality, and environmental procedures required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage frequent schedule changes and competing priorities required
- Demonstrates a systematic approach to problem solving & troubleshooting, documents problems & works to find a solution quickly preferred
- Knowledgeable in at least one of the following systems and equipment, preferred: compressed air, steam, chilled water, pharmaceutical utilities, conveyors, and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs)
- Attention to detail, ability to think critically & sequentially with proven time management skills required
- Knowledgeable in fundamentals of planning and scheduling preferred
- Knowledgeable in fundamentals of reliability excellence preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) preferred
- Familiarity with SAP PM or other CMMS systems preferred
- Certification or formal training in maintenance planning & scheduling preferred
- Excellent communication skills required
