IT Coordinator

The IT Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting, and administrative tasks across the organization. This role ensures all users, hardware, software, and systems function effectively while supporting office environments and the flooring division. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering professional, high-quality IT support. Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
- Provision, configure, and deploy hardware (laptops, desktops, phones, RF scanners, etc.) to users.
- Configure new hires: set up equipment, user accounts, licensing, and access.
- Disable accounts and revoke software subscriptions for terminated employees.
- Provide daily end-user support in-person and via remote session; troubleshoot quick fixes and complex technical issues.
- Administer Active Directory and Office 365 accounts.
- Manage O365 administration and SnapTracker.
- Maintain and administer Sielox (access control for OE/MD), Hedberg, Procore, CorrigoPro, and related systems.
- Server and network administration.
- IT budgeting and software vetting with VP of Design and Support Services.
- IT asset management using Matrix for Business / Matrix for Time.
- Research and propose new software or technology to improve processes and user experience.
- Vendor management: establish and maintain professional relationships, negotiate pricing, and manage support/projects.
- Administer DUO (VPN access), Exclaimer (email signatures), Mimecast, Onelogin, H2, KnowBe4, CrowdStrike, and other platforms.
- Manage telecommunications systems via Telecommunication portal and Free PBX Sangoma portal.
- Support Concur (expense reporting), QuickBooks Desktop, and Callidus (light/full for Modular).
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of IT support experience (helpdesk or IT support roles).
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Professional communication with vendors and end-users.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and remain organized.
- Proactive mindset; able to research and implement solutions independently.
- Comfortable under pressure; able to "channel the duck” in stressful situations.
- Experience supporting office environments, including hardware, software, and network issues.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- ERP experience (Hedberg, NetSuite, or Microsoft Quisitive).
- Exposure to IT systems in a flooring or multi-office environment.
