Xenia Hospitality Group is seeking candidates for the position of General Manager in Training for our ilios crafted Greek concept. This individual will fill the role of our Assistant General Manager while training for the General Manager role. The transition to General Manager would happen in late summer or early fall of 2026.

Our mission is to provide our guests with delicious, fresh Greek cuisine in a welcoming and friendly environment.

The General Manager acts not only as the team leader, but also as the guest and community ambassador for their location. They are responsible for the setup and daily operation of their business.

Job Duties include:

• create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations
• responsible for all of their location's activities at all times
• ensuring the restaurant is prepared daily for service
• maintain and exceed sanitation standards
• maintain and uphold standards of staff performance
• managing lunch/dinner service
• coach, lead, and develop restaurant team
• facilitating catering orders

We are seeking individuals who:

• have previous restaurant management experience.
• have a strong background in food preparation.
• have experience building and leading successful teams.
• can perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment.
• can ensure product quality and guest satisfaction.

We are a growing concept with our 5th and 6th locations slated to open within the next year. Internal growth opportunities are available!

Work week will be 5 days a week averaging 45-55 hours.

Assistant General Manager pay includes hourly pay with overtime and hourly tip share. General Manager compensation includes base salary and monthly performance-based bonuses.
