Your Role as Kitchen Manager:
As our Kitchen Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of our kitchen. Your responsibilities will include:
- Directing day-to-day kitchen operations to deliver consistently high-quality dishes.
- Leading, training, and inspiring a talented kitchen team to excel in every service.
- Overseeing inventory, food costs, and budgeting with precision and efficiency.
- Partnering with leadership to develop innovative menus and seasonal specials.
- Upholding the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for a leader who brings:
- 3+ years of experience managing high-volume kitchen operations.
- Proven expertise in team leadership, mentoring, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards (certifications are a bonus).
- Proficiency in food cost control, inventory management, and budget oversight.
- A culinary degree or relevant certification (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
