Responsibilities
- Conduct initial physical therapy evaluations and ongoing re-evaluations for assigned patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and functional outcomes
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as appropriate within a correctional setting
- Monitor patient progress, document in medical records, and adjust care plans accordingly
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, safety, and activity modifications
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate care and ensure patient safety

Requirements
- Availability to begin 04/27/2026 and commit to a 13-week assignment
- Ability to work in a corrections setting and maintain patient confidentiality
- Strong clinical skills in PT evaluation, treatment planning, and therapy delivery
- Proficient documentation and clear communication with the medical team
- Willingness to travel to Mount Olive, NC and fulfill a 36-hour minimum per week schedule
