ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Director of Operations, North America, you will:

• Drive Financial Performance: Develop and implement cutting-edge operational strategies that not only align with our global business goals but also directly contribute to meeting and exceeding revenue and Gross Profit (GP) targets. You will rigorously track and analyze Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) against Total Delivered Cost (TDC), identifying and implementing strategies to minimize variances and enhance overall profitability.
• Build & Deliver Quality: Oversee the entire production lifecycle, from planning to stringent quality control, ensuring the delivery of high-quality EV charging products. You'll champion lean manufacturing and automation to maximize throughput and ensure cost-effective production.
• Master the Supply Chain & Reduce Inventory: Design and implement resilient supply chain strategies, including strategic sourcing, procurement, and inventory management, to fuel our aggressive growth. A key focus will be to implement inventory reduction initiatives without compromising service levels, optimizing working capital and mitigating supply chain risks worldwide.
• Lead & Collaborate Globally: Inspire and mentor a high-performing team of operations professionals across diverse functions. You'll foster a culture of accountability and cross-functional teamwork, collaborating closely with global engineering, sales, and product teams to ensure operational excellence and alignment with sales goals.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior operations leadership role, with significant experience in the EV charging or power electronics manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing teams and collaborating across diverse international business units.
• Expertise in production planning, logistics, supply chain optimization, and quality management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive data-informed decisions.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
