- Escalate critical risks and facilitate cross-project issue resolution.
- Ensure consistent use of project controls and digital tools.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project delivery.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
- Master’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Advanced certifications in project/portfolio management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Prince2).
- 10+ years of leadership experience in construction and capital investment projects.
- Proven success managing portfolios of factory, industrial, and office facilities.
- Experience in EPC, construction, or real estate development environments.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (building codes, environmental, safety).
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
