Overview

Responsibilities

• Assist with unloading and loading trucks, ensuring efficient handling of materials.
• Move materials around the shop as needed to support daily operations.
• Climb in and out of containers to prepare them for painting.
• Perform all tasks associated with final shipment preparation under supervision.
• Manage inbound and outbound product and material shipments, noting and reporting any damages.
• Prepare containers for the paint department.
• Transport products and materials to designated workstations.
• Follow daily instructions and safety regulations.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned as needed.

• Dependable and responsible attitude.
• Good communication skills.
• Successful completion of forklift certification.
• Ability to pass tape measure test.
• Ability to follow directions and work in a team environment.
• Capability to climb ladders and into/out of containers.
• Availability to work required shifts and hours.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must wear steel-toe boots.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, background check, and E-Verify.
• Warehouse or shop experience: 1 year (Preferred).
• Forklift operator certification (Required).
