Job Overview:
In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution. You will address highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Additionally, you will provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Business Execution solutions and strategically engage with client personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges across multiple areas.
• Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions requiring advanced analytical and creative thinking.
• Provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative business solutions.
• Strategically engage with client personnel to drive business execution initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 5+ years of experience in change management, business execution, strategic planning, and product delivery.
• Proven experience with large-scale system conversions in financial services.
• Strong understanding of commercial lending products and servicing operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated achievements in delivering large-scale change initiatives within commercial lending.
• Strong understanding of commercial lending products, especially auto, inventory finance, and trade finance.
• Experience with systems supporting factoring and dealer finance.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with large financial institutions like Wells Fargo.
• Familiarity with syndicated lending and mid-tier commercial lending.
• Exposure to homegrown systems and global receivables platforms.
• Broad knowledge in commercial lending, regulatory reporting, data analytics, product management, and lending technology.
• Expertise in both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience driving product strategy, Objectives & Key Results, and roadmaps.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira, including dashboard/report development.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligence is a plus.

Pay Range: $70 - $80

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
