Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
- Monitor and document patient progress clearly and accurately
- Foster a positive and cooperative atmosphere with patients, coworkers, and providers
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current North Carolina PTA licensure (or eligibility)
- Clinical experience preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply
- Computer literacy required for documentation and patient records
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
