Location: Charlotte, NC
Schedule: Monday–Friday (+ overtime as needed)
Pay: $25.00 – $28.00/hour (based on experience)

Southern Staircase (Edge Building Solutions) is growing and looking for a Lead Stair Installer with solid framing or rough carpentry experience . This is a field-based, hands-on installation role —not a delivery-only job. If you’re experienced with tools, comfortable on job sites, and ready to lead installs, this is a strong next step.

What You’ll Do:

• Install custom stair systems (straight & curved) on residential and commercial sites
• Cut, level, shim, and secure stair components using hand and power tools
• Read layouts and blueprints to execute precise installs
• Load/unload and transport materials (up to 75 lbs.)
• Drive a 26’ box truck to and from job sites
• Support warehouse operations as needed
• Ensure safe, clean, and professional job sites

✅ What You Bring:

• 2+ years of framing, carpentry, or woodworking experience (REQUIRED)
• Strong experience with saws, drills, levels, and measuring tools
• Ability to read layouts and work independently on-site
• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record (MVR)
• DOT medical card (or ability to obtain)
• Must be 21+ years old
• Physically able to lift 75 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
