: Overview: Assist in the process for payment of Purchase Order related invoices to Accounts Payable Vendors in compliance with corporate policy while insuring appropriate internal controls are met. Provide assistance to other staff and to the Accounts Payable Supervisors as needed. • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Experience: 3 years of High-Volume Computerized Accounts Payable Experience utilizing the 3-way match process of invoice, PO and receiving, required.
• Additional Skills (required):
  • Must have excellent RESEARCH and reasoning skills. Must have good interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to concurrently manage multiple tasks. Requires excellent communication skills necessary to interact with vendors and staff at all levels. Must exhibit patience and a positive attitude and be able to work independently.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills - Required
• Additional Skills (preferred): Lawson AP Software experience STRONGLY PREFERRED.
