Key Responsibilities

- Assist with travel inquiries, trip updates, and basic coordination.
- Learn how to create and share simple travel-related content for online audiences.
- Support social media outreach and digital engagement efforts.
- Follow up with clients before and after their trips to ensure a positive experience.
- Respond to questions with patience, professionalism, and a service-oriented mindset.
