Senior Financial Analyst POST NUMBER: 469331

We are recruiting a Senior Financial Analyst to join an established company with sustained growth in RTP. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, this role supports business leaders through financial performance analysis, forecasting, and strategic modeling. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role partners closely with cross-functional leaders and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date financial results, identifying key drivers of variance versus plan and prior periods
• Maintain and enhance rolling forecasts, ensuring accuracy of assumptions and transparency in projected outcomes
• Deliver forward-looking reporting packages that highlight trends, run-rate implications, and scenario-based insights for senior leadership
• Support the annual budgeting process and contribute to multi-year financial planning efforts
• Assist with assumption setting, scenario modeling, and long-term outlook analysis
• Develop dynamic financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and performance drivers
• Provide ad hoc analysis and decision support for leadership as business needs evolve
• Continuously improve reporting tools, forecasting methodologies, and internal processes to enhance efficiency and analytical capability
• Support preparation of materials and analysis for executive leadership and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• 3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Advanced degree or professional certification (MBA, CPA, CFA) is a plus
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
