Description of the role: The Service Porter at Dutch Miller Kia of Charlotte is responsible for maintaining the service drive and shop area, ensuring customer vehicles are parked appropriately, and assisting with overall organization and cleanliness of the service department.
Responsibilities:
- Park customer vehicles in designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive and shop area
- Assist customers with locating service advisors and shuttle services
- Support service advisors with vehicle movement as needed
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
