Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a flexible home care role with competitive compensation? Our Part-Time Home Care RN Supervisor positions may be the perfect fit.

As a Home Care RN Supervisor, you'll provide client care oversight, care coordination, and support to our team of home health aides and nursing assistants.

Status: Per-Diem/ Contractor/ Part-Time

Shift: Flexible schedule

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Conducting client assessments and developing care plans
• Supervising and training home care staff
• Communicating with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations

Minimum Requirements:

• Active North Carolina RN license required.
• Minimum two years experience of supervisory or home care, home health, or related programs.
• Professional Demeanor, Time Management, and Nursing Documentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in quality management preferred.
• Must be proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Office.
