Destination Eyecare in Bristol, TN is hiring a full-time Associate Optometrist —and this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

We’re an independent, medically focused private practice with a growing reputation for excellence, advanced dry eye treatment, and independent luxury eyewear. You’ll step into a brand-new, 7,000+ sq. ft. facility with cutting-edge tech, a full-time scribe, and mentorship to support your transition into practice.

What You’ll Get:

✅ Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00

✅ No weekends or late nights

✅ 2 weeks paid vacation + 6 paid holidays
