Intern TA Operations

This 11-week summer internship is designed for senior undergraduate, Master’s, or PhD students seeking exposure to a professional, corporate environment. The internship is project-based, with each intern assigned one clearly defined project aligned to the hosting department’s priorities.
The role emphasizes learning, skill development, and practical application of academic knowledge while contributing to meaningful work.
The Talent Acquisition Operations intern will lead a focused project designed to address a meaningful operational need within the TA or HR ecosystem. The project will target a high impact area such as process efficiency, data quality, candidate experience, or systems optimization, with the goal of strengthening the effectiveness and scalability of TA operations. The work will require analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and independent judgment to investigate root causes, evaluate options, and propose actionable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently plan, organize, and execute project tasks with regular manager check-ins
Collect, analyze, and interpret TA or HR operations data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., HRIS, People Analytics, Recruiters, Coordinators) to validate findings and gather input
Document processes, pain points, and proposed solutions clearly and concisely
Communicate progress, risks, and challenges proactively to ensure alignment
Deliver a final presentation summarizing findings, outcomes, and actionable recommendations for leadership
Learning & Development Opportunities:
Gain hands-on experience with Talent Acquisition systems, workflows, and operational best practices
Build analytical skills through real world HR data analysis and insights generation
Strengthen communication and stakeholder management capabilities by working with diverse HR teams
Learn how strategic decisions are made within a TA organization and how operations supports business goals
Develop project management skills by owning a scoped initiative from kickoff to final presentation
Enhance technical proficiency with tools such as Excel, ATS platforms, HR dashboards, or process mapping software
Minimum Requirements:
Senior undergraduate pursuing a B.A. in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Project/Operations Management or relevant field
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage ambiguity
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
High level of initiative and accountability
Conversion Opportunity:
