Remote Travel Support Representative
We are looking for a reliable and service-focused Remote Travel Support Representative to assist clients with coordinating travel plans and ensuring each trip is arranged clearly and efficiently. This role focuses on communication, research, and organization to provide dependable support throughout the planning process.
In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, schedules, and budgets. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help create structured travel itineraries. Responsibilities include coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, preparing travel documentation, and maintaining organized planning records.
