Assistant Program Director of MS & HS Programming

Power Cross Ministries is seeking a strong Christian leader to serve as a full-time Assistant Program Director for Middle School & High School athletes . This role works directly under our current Program Director to develop young men spiritually, academically, and athletically — with a strong focus on football, recruiting, and college preparation.

Power Cross athletes have earned over $10,000,000 in college scholarships , and this position plays a direct role in continuing that impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong daily relationships with middle and high school young men.
• Assist in football development (speed, strength, position skills, film study).
• Help manage recruiting strategy, showcases, camps, and exposure events.
• Work most weekends during recruiting seasons.
• Guide athletes through the college recruiting and transition process.
• Assist with highlight film development, social media guidance, and coach communication.
• Engage with school coaches, teachers, and administrators.
• Support academic accountability and NCAA compliance.
• Demonstrate strong administrative skills (tracking, organization, follow-up).
• Lead or assist coaching a youth football team in the fall to strengthen the program pipeline.
• Participate in daily discipleship and model Christ-centered leadership.

Qualifications:

• Strong, active relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Experience in football coaching and athlete development.
• Understanding of college recruiting and exposure events.
• High organizational and administrative ability.
• Ability to mentor and lead middle and high school young men.
• Willingness to work evenings and most weekends during season.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
