Job Title: Senior PeopleSoft Engineer
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)
Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2
Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually
Experience Required: 6+ years

Job Summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Engineer to design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements for PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions . The ideal candidate will have expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and PeopleSoft architecture .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop PeopleSoft customizations using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and Application Designer .
• Build Application Engine , Component Interfaces, Integration Broker services, and File Layouts.
• Develop SQR , BI Publisher, and AWE workflows.
• Optimize SQL performance and support PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.
• Collaborate with functional teams, perform testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support.
• Maintain technical documentation and mentor junior developers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
• Strong experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker .
• Hands-on experience with SQR, BI Publisher , and SQL.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions .
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and AWE.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PeopleSoft certifications.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP , Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or Fluid UI.
• Familiarity with Oracle Database administration.
