What You’ll Be Doing
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries and order requests with professionalism
- Process orders via EDI, email, phone, fax, and Veeva systems
- Monitor daily order flow and coordinate with internal teams for delivery accuracy
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and FDA-related requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency
About You
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong problem-solving and customer-facing communication skills
- Comfortable working across multiple order management systems (EDI, Veeva, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
