Your Responsibilities

As a Member Protection Consultant , you will:

• Connect with members through scheduled phone and Zoom appointments

• Assess each client's financial protection needs

• Recommend supplemental life insurance and benefit solutions tailored to individual goals

• Guide members through the enrollment process with professionalism and care

• Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service and ongoing support

• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates and claims guidance

• Maintain accurate digital records while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations

• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs

Previous experience in customer service, sales, financial services, healthcare, recruiting, hospitality, or education is beneficial—but not required . We provide comprehensive training for motivated individuals.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Ability to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (licensing guidance provided)

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• Windows-based computer with webcam

• Professional home office environment
