Job Summary:

Achievements ABA Therapy NC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in North Wilkesboro, NC. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions. Our therapy is tailored to meet the unique needs of each child, and we are committed to providing high-quality, effective, and compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

Assist Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) in the implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans
Conduct 1:1 RBT sessions with children in their natural environments, such as home, school, or community settings
Collect and record data on client behavior throughout each session
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and services provided

Requirements:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in related field preferred

Experience: Previous experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities a plus

Certification: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) required

Physical Demands: Ability to lift, bend, and move around with clients

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Time Commitment: Part-time position (approx. 10-30 hours per week)

Compensation:

Salary: $25 - $30 HOURLY , commensurate with experience and qualifications
